In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the eighth meeting of the third board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Election of Xu Zefu as General Manager by the Board of Directors of the Company" on April 16, 2024.

Mr. Xu Zefu is appointed as the general manager of the company, and his term of office will expire on the day when the current board of directors expires, effective from April 16, 2024. The above-mentioned appointees hold 1,500,000 shares of the company, accounting for 27.03% of the company's share capital, and are not the subjects of joint punishment for dishonesty.

The general manager of the company, Chen Shibing, resigned from the position of general manager of the company for personal reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Xu Zefu is now elected as the new general manager of the company.

From April 2024 to date, he has served as CEO and general manager of Guangdong Fangtian Software Technology Co., Ltd.
