Through process data collection, Fangtian T-ONE can clearly confirm production logistics data: when the warehouse starts preparing materials, when the work order is completed, when the finished product inspection starts, etc. Through the analysis of the production process beat data, Dinkyo workshop managers can clearly know the problems in the manufacturing process and the reasons for not achieving production capacity.

3. Full-process quality traceability capability

Connect barcodes, mobile devices, electronic billboards, ERP, and MES in series to create an intelligent factory operation from procurement, material collection, production, warehousing to delivery and after-sales. Through the Fangtian T-ONE system, Dinkyo updates data to the APP smart terminal in real time, and users can operate through the smart terminal. On the terminal, users can easily perform barcode scanning, material loading, mold loading, debugging, mold removal, production, first inspection, completion inspection, barcode printing and other operations, allowing workshop users to complete all business through smart terminals.
